Refund & Returns Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of the date you receive your goods, without giving any reason. This is your statutory right of withdrawal.

2. How to Request a Return

To exercise your right to return, contact us within 14 calendar days of receipt at editorial@elbowwhyoung.world with your order reference and a brief note that you wish to return the product. We will provide you with return instructions by reply within 2 working days.

3. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be: in their original, undamaged packaging; unused or with only the minimum handling necessary to assess the product (as you would in a shop); accompanied by proof of purchase (order reference number).

We reserve the right to reduce your refund if the product has been used or its value diminished beyond what is necessary for inspection.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened food supplement products that have been unsealed beyond initial inspection are not eligible for return, unless the product is faulty or not as described.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the conditions above, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You bear the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied item, contact us immediately at editorial@elbowwhyoung.world. We will arrange collection and replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
